Why can't I see my previous orders in my account?
Don't worry, they've not disappeared! We've switched platforms to Shopify to improve user experience. The previous store was hosted on WooCommerce so accounts and orders created before 28th November 2025 can be accessed via this link.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. Orders containing in-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. For pre-order items, the estimated production timeline is shown on each product page. If anything changes, we’ll update you by email or on the relevant product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will be shipped together once everything is ready.
Will I have to pay any duty or import tax on delivery?
For orders shipped to EU countries, we collect VAT at checkout under the IOSS scheme. This means you will not be charged any additional duty or tax on delivery.
For customers outside the UK and EU, local duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply, depending on your country’s import laws. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are shipping to the USA, you will have to go to our US website by selecting United States from the country selector in the menu.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return any unworn and unused item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
Please note that customised, personalised, or final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
