WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
For all orders delivered in the United States, we ship from San Antonio, TX. For orders delivered outside of the United States, we ship from the United Kingdom. If you are based in Europe, we are IOSS registered, which means taxes are collected at checkout, rather than at the point of delivery so there are no additional unexpected taxes at import. For orders to countries outside of the EU and the US, customs duty and tax may be due upon delivery which is the responsibility of the buyer.
DELIVERY DETAILS
Delivery costs are additional to the displayed price and vary depending on the delivery address supplied when making the order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescale.
As a pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email upon payment. A second email with tracking information will be sent upon dispatch with orders from the Season 1 collection expected to be dispatched starting from 14th April 2025. Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping location and the shipping method used.
Orders shipped within the US are delivered via USPS, with an average delivery time of 2-5 days from dispatch. Orders shipped within the UK are delivered via Royal Mail, with an average delivery time of 1-3 days from dispatch. Orders to EU countries are shipped via an International Tracked service service, with an average delivery time of 5-7 days or DHL Express, with an average delivery time of 1-3 days. For orders outside these regions, International Tracked services can take 7-14 days whilst DHL Express can take up to 5 days, however these are estimates and delivery times are not guaranteed.
RETURNING UNDAMAGED GOODS
If you change your mind about your order, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt if you are located in the UK and Europe. All orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch for a full refund, excluding orders containing personalized goods. When returning your order, the product(s) must be returned in original packaging with tags and no cosmetic damage. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a return.
Please note that with any pre-order campaigns, exchanges are very limited. For any inventory sent back for an exchange, if we are not able to honour the exchange we will go ahead and process a refund minus the original shipping cost on the order. Exchanges are not guaranteed on pre-order purchases.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note, personalized orders are excluded from our returns policy as we cannot accept returns or exchanges of custom goods.
RETURNING DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
If you have taken delivery of a package and it or the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 working days of receipt for exchange. Please contact us at [email protected] if your order is damaged or incorrect.
